  • 250 GRAMS BUTTER OR BAKING STORKE*
  • 1/2 CUPS CASTOR SUGAR
  • 2 TEASPOONS VANILA ESSENCE
  • beat in 4 egs
  • 3 CUPS FLOUR
  • 2 TEASPOONS CREAM OF TARTAR
  • 1 TEASPOON OF B/CARB
  • ENOUGH MILK TO MAKE A LIGHT CONSISTANCY.

Directions
  1. MIX 500 GRAMS ICING SUGAR, 3 TABLESPOONS COCOA
  2. WITH JUST ENOUGH WATER. (NOT TOO THIN)
  3. MELT 1 LARGE SLAB OF DARK CHOCOLATE
  4. AND MIX INTO THE ICING MIXTURE
  5. WHEN CAKE IS COMPLETLEY COLD
  6. MAKE CAKE IN THE MORNING AND ICE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON*
  7. CUT INTO SQUARES.
  8. DIP INTO MIXTURE AND ROLL IN COCONUT.
