How to make it
- Combine mustard and soy sauce.
- Place cheese in a grill-proof dish that isn’t much bigger than the block of cheese.
- Spread mustard mixture around top and sides.
- Sprinkle liberally with seeds.
- Place on grill away from direct heat, close lid, and cook until just melted.
- Serve with a knife or spoon and crackers or slices of French bread
