Ingredients

1 bag salad mix

sliced baby portabella mushrooms

vadalia onion sliced into thin rings then halved

1 can black olives

1 pkg sliced pepperoni

cherry tomatoes, halved

crutons

shredded mozzarella cheese

green pepper sliced in rings

Directions

Toss all in a salad bowl and top with Italian dressing, or a light vinegrett. Or, as Morgan liked it ... just plain!
