How to make it
- Cut skin from fish steaks.
- Pour a little olive on steaks and rub in.
- Sprinkle seasonings on both sides.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Allow the butter to brown a little on medium high heat.
- Cook each side about 3 minutes.
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half and boil.
- When sprouts are done, on plate, sprinkle with Vegetable Supreme and add Fried Onions.
