How to make it

  • Cut skin from fish steaks.
  • Pour a little olive on steaks and rub in.
  • Sprinkle seasonings on both sides.
  • Melt butter in pan.
  • Allow the butter to brown a little on medium high heat.
  • Cook each side about 3 minutes.
  • Cut Brussels sprouts in half and boil.
  • When sprouts are done, on plate, sprinkle with Vegetable Supreme and add Fried Onions.
