Ingredients
  • Sea Bass, Halibut, or cod
  • Vegetable Supreme
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Brussels Sprouts, Asparagus or other vegetable or salad.
  • French’s Fried Onions

Directions
  1. Cut skin from fish steaks.
  2. Pour a little olive on steaks and rub in.
  3. Sprinkle seasonings on both sides.
  4. Melt butter in pan.
  5. Allow the butter to brown a little on medium high heat.
  6. Cook each side about 3 minutes.
  7. Cut Brussels sprouts in half and boil.
  8. When sprouts are done, on plate, sprinkle with Vegetable Supreme and add Fried Onions.
