How to make it

  • Process walnut pieces in food processor until fine.
  • Add sifted icing sugar and egg white and process to a moist paste. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
  • Roll teaspoons of walnut paste into balls; flatten slightly with your finger. Set aside.
  • Place chocolate in heatproof bowl; stand bowl over pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth and melted.
  • Dip walnut rounds in melted chocolate. Place rounds on grease-proof paper or foil. Press walnut halves gently into the top of each round and allow to set. ENJOY!
