Always Perfect Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

1-14 oz. can evaporated milk

1 pkg. onion soup mix

1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Consistensy will be thin.

Put 2 or 3 pieces of loaf bread in bottom of a large loaf pan or you can use 2 smaller loaf pans, the bread will help soak up the excess grease.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
