Ingredients
  • 1 litre Milk
  • 1 tsp Maida (all purpose flour)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 cup water

Directions
  1. Boil milk to the fullest.
  2. On addin lemon juice, the milk thickens. Filter with a muslin cloth. Milk separates to a bowl. Knot the cloth and press more, so that all milk filters.
  3. The thick powder inside the cloth is called PANNEER.
  4. Add AP flour to the PANNEER, mix them. Make small balls.
  5. Boil sugar and little water. As the water evaporates (or as the liquid thickens), keep adding water.
