Vanilla Cheesecake Recipe

This cheesecake is easily done and the ingredients you probably already have at home.

Ingredients
- 100g biscuits
- 50g soft butter
- 400g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100g caster suger
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Put the biscuits and butter into blender
- Blend until biscuit is crumbs
- Press mixture into bottom of greased tin
- Mix together everything else (with electric whisk)
- Carefully pour mixture into the tin
- Bake and allow time to cool
- Best served 2-3 hours after baking
