How to make it

  • Put the biscuits and butter into blender
  • Blend until biscuit is crumbs
  • Press mixture into bottom of greased tin
  • Mix together everything else (with electric whisk)
  • Carefully pour mixture into the tin
  • Bake and allow time to cool
  • Best served 2-3 hours after baking
