Andes Mint Brownies

- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- ½ cup cocoa shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- ¼ tsp. salt shopping list
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- ½ to 1 cup Andes mint Baking chips shopping list
- 28-30 Andes mint chocolates (the full size ones) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat sugar, butter, and vanilla together in a large mixer bowl, until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in baking chips.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Cover the batter with the full-size Andes Mints. Carefully spread remaining batter over mint layer.
- Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack (center will sink slightly)
