Ingredients
  • 1 kg sausage meat
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • some herbs and spices of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • half cup of flour

Directions
  1. grate all the veggies
  2. put in a bowl then add sausage meat
  3. and mix up add herbs and spices
  4. and mix add the egg and flour till well mixed
  5. put it in an oven dish
  6. and put in the oven at 180 for 40min to an hr
  7. when cooked enjoy with a lovely garden salad
