Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute mushrooms and vegetable in butter until softened and tender
  • Stir in flour to blend.
  • Add broth and seasonings and stir well.
  • Bring to a boil then simmer , stirring uncovered 10 minutes.
  • Stir in the cream, chicken, parsley, lemon juice and salt and simmer through - do not let boil
