Summertime Shredded Pork Sammies

- 4 lb pork roast shopping list
- 2 onions, sliced and divided shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 5 – 6 whole cloves shopping list
- 2 c water shopping list
- 16 oz BBQ sauce shopping list
- rolls for serving shopping list
How to make it
- Slice one onion and layer on bottom of slow cooker.
- Sprinkle S&P over roast and lay on top of onion.
- Cover with second onion and enough water to fill crock pot 2/3 way.
- Cook on low 10 – 12 hours.
- Remove roast, fat water, onions and grease from crock pot.
- Cool roast enough to handle.
- Put back in pot and shred the pork.
- Add the last onion, chopped and bottle of BBQ sauce.
- Heat on high for 1 – 3 hours.
- Serve on warm rolls.
