Marinade my husband found somwewhere? for fish. Very tasty.

Ingredients
  • 1/2c terriyaki
  • 1/4c plus 2T olive oil
  • 1Tbs minced garlic
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • Cayenne
  • minced ginger

Directions
  1. Mix all but cayenne and ginger. Put fish in a bag with marinade and marinate 30 mins. Add cayenne or minced ginger to tast just before grilling
  2. Great on mahi-mahi and salmon
