  • DAY 1 - 1 28oz. CAN SLICED PEACHES - WITH JUICE
  • 2 1/2 CUPS SUGAR COVER LOOSLY
  • DO NOT REFRIGERATE FROM THIS POINT ON - STIR DAILY
  • DAY 10 LARGE CAN OF CURSHED PINEAPPLE WITH JUICE
  • ADD 2 CUPS SUGAR
  • DAY 20 LARGE CAN FRUIT COCKTAIL AND JAR RED CHERRIES
  • ADD 2 CUPS SUGAR
  • DAY 30 DRAIN & SAVE, DIVIDE FRUIT INTO 3, AND ADD TO EACH
  • 1 YELLOW CAKE MIX
  • 4 EGGS
  • 2/3 C. OIL
  • 1 PKG. INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS

Directions
  1. GREASE & FLOUR TUBEULAR BUNDT PAN
  2. MIX WELL AT MEDIUM SPEED - BAKE AT 350 FOR 50 MIN.
  3. FROZEN CAKE WILL KEPT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.
  4. DIVIDE REMAINING "STARTER" JUICE INTO 1 CUP PORTIONS AND REFRIGERATE . USE AS "STARTER" FOR YOUR NEXT CAKE.
  5. "STARTER" SHOULD BE USED WITHIN 5 DAYS... GOOD LUCK!

I remember getting this years ago from my Mom. She called it a Friendship Cake. After you make it I understood why. You gotta give it to friends to keep going. What if you don't have the starter? Can you make your own? This is a very good cake.
