Honest Egg Nog

                    - 24 eggs shopping list
- 3 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 quarts heavy cream shopping list
- 2 quarts milk shopping list
- 2 quarts bourbon shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Separate the eggs.
- Beat the yolks with 2 cups of the sugar.
- Stir in the milk and cream.
- Slowly stir in the bourbon.
- Set aside for three or four hours to allow the eggs to 'cook' in the bourbon.
- Just before serving, beat whites with the remaining cup of sugar and fold it into the nog.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Keep iced.
