Blueberry Cobbler

- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, freshly grated shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 2 cups blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In an 8x8-inch square or other 2-qt baking dish melt butter.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and add sugar until mixed well.
- Add milk and whisk batter until just combined.
- Pour batter onto melted butter; do not stir.
- Pour blueberries into center of batter; do not stir.
- Bake 40 minutes, or until cake portion is golden and berries exude juices.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
