Similar to smoothies and lassi drinks. It may sound disgusting, but I assure you that it is not. It is refreshing, low-fat and low-carb, and really quite pretty. Try it and see.

Ingredients
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/8-1/4 c. artificially sweetened cranberry juice, such as Ocean Spray

Directions
  1. Pour buttermilk into a glass.
  2. Add cranberry juice according to taste (and color) wishes.
  3. Stir it if you like, but I think it is prettier with the random swirls that pouring the juice creates.
