Deer Roast

- 2-5 lbs deer shoulder or rump roast shopping list
- 4-8 potatoes shopping list
- 1 bag of baby carrots shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- beef boulion cubes shopping list
- 1 can of beef broth shopping list
- spices - McCormicks broiled steak seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Heavily apply the broiled steak sasoning to the deer and place into the center of a roasting pot
- chop onions
- quarter potatoes
- put the onions potatoes and carrots around the sides of the roast
- place 2 beef boulion cubes into pot
- pour whole can of beef broth into pot carefull not to wash the spices off the deer
- cover and place into over at 400 degree for 2 hours
- the last 10 minutes remove cover and turn up to 425 degrees
- serve and eat hot! Enjoy
