How to make it

  • Heavily apply the broiled steak sasoning to the deer and place into the center of a roasting pot
  • chop onions
  • quarter potatoes
  • put the onions potatoes and carrots around the sides of the roast
  • place 2 beef boulion cubes into pot
  • pour whole can of beef broth into pot carefull not to wash the spices off the deer
  • cover and place into over at 400 degree for 2 hours
  • the last 10 minutes remove cover and turn up to 425 degrees
  • serve and eat hot! Enjoy

    I love this recipe, although I tampered it a lil and used worchester sauce and a home made rub but other than that it was great!
