If you love spicy and you love cheese, try this appetizer, you won't be disappointed and they are so easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and shape in 1" balls then arrange 2" apart on baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 450 for 6 minutes then serve hot or cool.
