Ingredients
  • 60 Organic Ambrosia Apples peeled cored and quartered
  • 10 cup Water
  • 10 tablespoon Meyer Lemons juice freshly squeezed

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until apples are soft, about 30 minutes. With a slotted spoon, carefully place the apples in a food processor or blender and puree. If the mixture is too thick, pour in the residual liquid from the saucepan as needed. Serve immediately for warm sauce or refrigerate for future use.
