Ingredients
  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Wash cauliflower then remove green leaves and break into flowerets.
  2. In a large bowl layer all ingredients in order given then chill.
  3. Toss lightly before serving.
