Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower

1 small head iceberg lettuce shredded

1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Wash cauliflower then remove green leaves and break into flowerets.

In a large bowl layer all ingredients in order given then chill.

Toss lightly before serving.
