Strawberry Vinaigrette

I'm not really sure the servings for this, I'm sorry. But it's a nice light dressing that goes good with butter leaf lettuce. I like to toss it with fresh berries and topped with goat cheese.
Ingredients
- 1/2 basket strawberries shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine shopping list
- 1/8 cup honey shopping list
- salt and white pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in food processor, blend until smooth.
- Emulsify with salad oil. Slowly add oil, being careful not to break the mixture.
- Thin with water if necessary.
