I'm not really sure the servings for this, I'm sorry. But it's a nice light dressing that goes good with butter leaf lettuce. I like to toss it with fresh berries and topped with goat cheese.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 basket strawberries
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • salt and white pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in food processor, blend until smooth.
  2. Emulsify with salad oil. Slowly add oil, being careful not to break the mixture.
  3. Thin with water if necessary.
