Tuna Macaroni Salad

Every summer You go to a picnic and end up with elbow macaroni and mayonnaise on your plate and somebody calls this macaroni salad. Which part is the salad? This salad is a combo of my mom's and a few things that I love thrown in.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. small shells shopping list
- mayonnaise to taste; at least 3 cups shopping list
- 1 lg can of light-meat tuna packed in water; drained well shopping list
- 4 hard- boiled eggs, cooled and chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard shopping list
- 5 stalks celery minced and squeezed through a napkin or cheesecloth shopping list
- 1 large carrot shredded and squeezed through a napkin or cheesecloth shopping list
- 2 tbs fresh parsley chopped shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- Course ground pepper; lots of it. shopping list
- Depending on the Party suggestions: shopping list
- peas shopping list
- shrimp shopping list
- red onion shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni according to box directions. Drain and cool
- Combine all of the ingredients
- Refrigerate and taste before serving to see if needs more mayo, salt or pepper

This is very much like the one I make. I add a few green onions. It is a wonderful salad, and especially good with shrimp.
