Wades Toasted Spice Pork Chops

- 1lb. thin pork chops(4 chops) shopping list
- 1tsp. coriander seeds shopping list
- 1tsp. shopping list
- cumin seeds shopping list
- 1/2tsp fennel seeds shopping list
- 1tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1tsp firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1Tbs olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a small fry pan over med heat.Add the coriander,cumin,and fennel seeds. Toast the seeds,stirring constantly,until golden brown and fragrant,about 2-3 mins. Grind the seeds in a blender. Transfer to small bowl and add salt and brown sugar. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops. Heat olive oil in large fry pan over med. heat.
- Place the chops in the pan,spice side down. Cook for about 7 mins,until browned. Lower the heat to med-low,turn the chops over, and cover the pan. Cook until internal temperature of chops reaches 150 degrees. Remove from pan,cover with foil and let rest 10 mins.
