Provence Mushrooms

- 2 6oz. boxes crimini mushrooms(can use baby bella or button) shopping list
- 1 large shallot,minced shopping list
- 3Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 11/2tsp herbes de provence shopping list
- 2Tbs half and half shopping list
- 1/4c chablis,sherry or port(or a mix) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in skillet over med heat. add the shallots and cook 1 min. Add the mushrooms and cook 5 mins,stirring occasionally. Once the mushrooms soften, add the herbes de Provence and stir. add the half and half and stir till warmed. Stir in the wine,mix well. If the sauce is thick enough for your liking,serve right away,or raise heat a bit and reduce the sauce till it is thick enough.
