How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet over med heat. add the shallots and cook 1 min. Add the mushrooms and cook 5 mins,stirring occasionally. Once the mushrooms soften, add the herbes de Provence and stir. add the half and half and stir till warmed. Stir in the wine,mix well. If the sauce is thick enough for your liking,serve right away,or raise heat a bit and reduce the sauce till it is thick enough.
