Ingredients

2 Eggs

2 c Buttermilk

2 c Flour

2 t Baking Powder

1 t Baking Soda

1 t Onion Powder

1/2 t Celery Salt

1/4 c Vegetable Oil

Directions

Heat waffle iron. Beat eggs, beat in remaing ingredients with rotary blender until smooth. Bake waffles about 4 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove waffle from iron carefully and serve.

* Ener-G egg replacer works well in this recipe. This recipe also makes wonderful, fluffy pancakes. If you wish, leave out the onion power, and substitute regular salt for the celery salt.
