How to make it

  • Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl until pale and creamy. Sift flours and bi-carb soda and fold through creamed mixture. Mix in chocolate(unmelted) and nuts.
  • Roll rounded tablespoonfuls onto tray 3cm apart. Flattern slightly.
  • Bake @ 180C to 15min or until lightly golden.
  • Drizle melted chocolate over top of cool buscuits.
