How to make it

  • Wash outside of cantalope well then cut into quarters and remove the rind.
  • Cut into chunks, about the size of your pineapple chunks or a little larger is good.
  • Place in large bowl.
  • Add grapes.
  • Pour pineapple chunks and juice over all.
  • Stir gently but well to mix the fruit together and coat all with the pineapple juice.
  • Cover and put in refrigerator to chill before serving.
  • If desired, you may drain off the pineapple juice before serving.
  • Serve with the juice from the bowl or your favorite fruit salad dressing.
