Super Simple Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1kg mixed fruit

2 cups fruit juice/cold organic tea

1 tbs. sherry, or similar

2 cups self raising flour

Directions

Soak fruit in juice/tea and sherry for 2 hours.

Stir flour ino fruit and cook for 2 hours in the bottom of the oven on 130C

Let cool and wrap in foil for 2-3 days before cutting
