How to make it

  • Cook noodles. Mix together all ingredients except cornflakes and cheese. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 - inch baking dish and cover with foil. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven and bake about 20-25 minutes. Remove foil and top casserole with cornflakes and cheese. Return casserole to oven for 5-10 miutes, until cornflakes are toasted and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and allow to cool about five minutes before serving.

    Hi GardenLadyZoe! Great recipe but what can I use instead of Rotel? I live in Toronto, Ontario and I'm pretty sure it isn't sold here. Now, I suppose I could always get my friend in the southern States to send me some but it might be confiscated at the border :-( I sure hope you can help me with my dilemma.

    I use the one with chilies. I have tried the mild rotel, but my husband and I both agreed it didn't have enough kick. The rotel is what makes it so good!
