Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 large onion

1 large potato

1 large carrot

salt

pepper

Directions

Make 4 patties from the ground beef

place on 4 large squares of aluminum foil

top with slice of onion, potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper

Seal and bake at 350 for 1 hr.

you can also use mushrooms or substitute any veggies you like best

and you can make as many as you want.
