How to make it

  • Place strawberries in blender first and let sit for about 10 minutes to unthaw a bit.
  • Then add to blender, whipping cream, heavy cream, sugar, and sour cream.
  • Blend on chop (1-minute) then blend on liquify until thick and smooth.
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight.

    Breakfasts are supposed to be healthy, not heavy. With 3 cups of cream I can't imagine this being a healthy breakfast - the amount of fat in this is rather scary to think about.

    You should probably substitute all that cream for, say, 2 cups of whole milk and 1 cup of full-fat yogurt. I guess it might not tastes QUITE as good, but it'll be a lot healthier, and will still have that fatty mouthfeel due to the full fat milk and yogurt.
