Stuffed Pepper Sou

- 2 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- 1 can (28 oz.) tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 can (28oz. disced tomatoes undrained shopping list
- 2 cups cooked converted or long grain white rice shopping list
- 2 cups chopped green peppers shopping list
- 2 beef bouillion cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cups packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer 30 - 40 minutes or until peppers are tender. (I like this with tomato juice added. It's a little drier than I like so I add tomato juice.
