Stuffed Pepper Sou Recipe
Makes lots for leftovers. Haven't had a bad report on this recipe yet.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 can (28 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (28oz. disced tomatoes undrained
  • 2 cups cooked converted or long grain white rice
  • 2 cups chopped green peppers
  • 2 beef bouillion cubes
  • 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Brown beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer 30 - 40 minutes or until peppers are tender. (I like this with tomato juice added. It's a little drier than I like so I add tomato juice.
