How to make it

  • Combine first 7 ingredients and form into small, walnut-sized balls.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs. Set aside
  • Saute next 4 ingredients until soft, then add next 4 ingredients and heat through.
  • Add meatballs into the skillet with vegetables, and turn up the heat.
  • Combine last ingredients in a bowl. When skillet is hot, pour in the sauce, stirring until thickened and evenly glazed.
  • Serve with rice.
