Ingredients
  • Chicken breasts (boneless) - 55 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable stock - as required
  • Milk - 1 and 1/2 litres
  • Yogurt - 1 and 1/2 tbsps
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 cup

Directions
  1. Clean, wash and chop chicken breast into small pieces.
  2. Gently warm the milk and squeeze a little lemon juice in it.
  3. Let the milk split into a transparent liquid and little lumps of soft white matter.
  4. Filter the split milk through a clean muslin cloth. Let the milk water drain.
  5. The milk fat, that remained in the cloth is called the PANEER. Make cubes and keep aside. (No problem if could not make cubes, leave it powdery)
  6. Heat oil, add chicken pieces and sauté for a minute.
  7. Add a little stock and cook chicken till soft. Cool chicken.
  8. Add PANEER and add yogurt and stir again.
  9. Grind coarsely before feeding it to the baby.
