Summer Vegetable Pizza Recipe
This can be served as an appetizer or light summer lunch. It's refreshingly delicious.

Ingredients
  • 2 pkg crescent rolls
  • 2 (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • assortment of vegetables: for example: red onions, broccoli, tomatoes, orange peppers, zucchini, carrot, yellow squash, mushrooms (about 3/4 cup each of whatever you have, chopped very tiny)

Directions
  1. Spread the crescent rolls to make a crust on a 10 x 15 in. pan.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Let cool.
  3. Meanwhile mix the cheese, mayonnaise and dressing.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture on top of the cool crust.
  5. Sprinkle the veggies on top of the cheese mixture. Push into the spread.
  6. Slice and serve.

Raw veggies are not my thing but I think this pizza would be great if the veggies were sauteed to bring out their sweetness.
