Simple and delicious stuffed mushrooms. Dates back to Florida days. :) Very tasty.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp W-shire sauce

Directions
  1. Remove stems of mushrooms. Clean.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients.
  3. Fill the mushroom caps.
  4. Bake on a tray at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
