How to make it

  • Pan fry chicken in preferable pot with oil. Remove chicken after 20 minutes. Add flour and cook on high heat stirring constantly until you have a dark brown color (almost burnt). Add veggies to stop the frying process. Let veggies simmer for 3 minutes and pour water in slowly as the mixture combines (lets off a lot of steam). Add salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and black pepper 30 minutes later (you don't want the seasonings to leave the pot). Don't forget to add the chicken back into the pot, it my get lonely. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour and enjoy!!!
