Lemon Butter Chicken

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to 1/4" thickness shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth defatted shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter flavored sprinkles shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour, salt and pepper on a plate then dredge each chicken breast half in mixture.
- Cook 4 halves 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and no longer pink on the inside.
- Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Add remaining oil to pan and cook remaining chicken then put with others to keep warm.
- Remove pan from heat and add chicken broth, lemon juice, butter sprinkles and butter.
- Place pan on low heat and stir until slightly thickened for 2 minutes.
- Pour sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
