How to make it

  • Combine flour, salt and pepper on a plate then dredge each chicken breast half in mixture.
  • Cook 4 halves 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and no longer pink on the inside.
  • Remove from pan and keep warm.
  • Add remaining oil to pan and cook remaining chicken then put with others to keep warm.
  • Remove pan from heat and add chicken broth, lemon juice, butter sprinkles and butter.
  • Place pan on low heat and stir until slightly thickened for 2 minutes.
  • Pour sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
