Ingredients
  • 1 box of Knox gelatin unflavored
  • pandan flavoring
  • 3 buko
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • one can evaporated milk
  • 1 small condensed milk
  • ½ cup sugar.

Directions
  1. To prepare the pandan gelatin, follow package direction and add a teaspoon of flavoring. When set, cut into cubes. Mix condensed milk, evaporated, milk, and sugar. Add buko, mangoes, and cubed gelatin. Adjust sweetness as desired!
  2. You can add pinipig if you like.
