- sliced tin betroot (12 pieces approx 6cm in diameter) shopping list
- plain flour (enough to coat each side) shopping list
- egg wash (2 or 3 eggs lightly beatin with a pinch of salt) shopping list
- bread crumbs (enough to coat each side) shopping list
- cooking oil (enough to cover the slices) shopping list
How to make it
- drain the beetroot from the tin
- coat in flour (lightly dusted)
- coat in egg wash
- coat in bread crumb
- place the oil in a deep fry pan untill hot
- fry the beetroot untill golden brown
