Fourth of July Cole Slaw

It is the fourth of July and I am making a colorful slaw for the big BBQ
Ingredients
- Bagged slaw or shave your own, Try to find bags without the carrots. shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- mayonnaise shopping list
- vinegar shopping list
- maple syrup shopping list
- radishes shopping list
- blueberries shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- I am making this for a huge crowd-The break down for 5 bags of slaw are:
- 3 c. Sour Cream
- 2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 c. of vinegar
- 1 c. Maple Syrup
- 1 large bag of radishes sliced
- 2 Pints of fresh blueberries
- Mix the wet ingredients together and pour over the vegetables. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Toss again, taste and season

Wonderful, wonderful! And I have 3 quarts of fresh blueberries. Love the maple syrup in this. I also prefer the bagged slaw without the carrots. Thanks so much for the break-down.
