Fourth Of July Cole Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

Bagged slaw or shave your own, Try to find bags without the carrots.

Sour Cream

Mayonnaise

Vinegar

Maple Syrup

Radishes

Blueberries

Sea salt

Fresh ground pepper

Directions

I am making this for a huge crowd-The break down for 5 bags of slaw are:

3 c. Sour Cream

2 c. Mayonnaise

1 c. of vinegar

1 c. Maple Syrup

1 large bag of radishes sliced

2 Pints of fresh blueberries

Mix the wet ingredients together and pour over the vegetables. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Toss again, taste and season
