  • 3.BOIL RICE FOR 20 MINUTES REMOVE FROM HEAT WASH AND DRAIN WATER
  • 4.POUR OIL IN POT AND FRY CARROTS,GREEN PEAS AND PEPPER,LIVER,SPRING ONION BY NOW CHICKEN SHOULD BE FRIED SO YOU USE OIL FOR CHICKEN TO FRY OTHER INGREDIENTS.
  • 5. POUR SOME CHICKEN STOCK(WATER USED FOR COOKING CHICKEN) IN THE FRIED INGREDIENTS AND LEAVE TO BIOL.
  • 6. ONCE IT BOILS ADD THE DRAINED RICE AND COOK TILL TENDER.
  • 7. ONCE COOKED SERVE WITH FRIED CHICKEN. YUMMY
