CRANBERRY APPLE CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wilcox Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups chopped unpeeled apples
  • 1 pound washed whole cranberries
  • 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine cut in chunks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Mix apples, cranberries, granulated sugar and flour and put in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Mix margarine, brown sugar, oatmeal and pecans then sprinkle on top of filling.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
