Corn Bread Coated Pork Chops Recipe

This is a different way to coat pork chops...try it you might like it....

Ingredients
- 1 box (6oz) corn bread stuffing mix, with seasoning packet
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 center cut pork chops, 3/4 in thick
- 1/4 cup low fat yogurt
Directions
- In a food process pulse briefly corn bread stuffing mix and parsley
- just until slightly ground.
- Combine the stuffing with seasoning packet if included in a shallow baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Brush both sides of chops with the yogurt.
- Dip both sides of the chops in the stuffing mixture.
- Place on greased baking pan.
- Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes

Can you tell me a brand of stuffing mix that you would use for this recipe please. I have not lived in the states for many years and not familiar with many of the brands anymore.
