Corn Bread Coated Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box (6oz) corn bread stuffing mix, with seasoning packet
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 center cut pork chops, 3/4 in thick
  • 1/4 cup low fat yogurt

Directions
  1. In a food process pulse briefly corn bread stuffing mix and parsley
  2. just until slightly ground.
  3. Combine the stuffing with seasoning packet if included in a shallow baking dish and spread out evenly.
  4. Brush both sides of chops with the yogurt.
  5. Dip both sides of the chops in the stuffing mixture.
  6. Place on greased baking pan.
  7. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes

Can you tell me a brand of stuffing mix that you would use for this recipe please. I have not lived in the states for many years and not familiar with many of the brands anymore. BUT I am in the states at the Moment house hunting and visiting friends and family and this sounds like a nice easy yummy dish to prepare. Many Thanks for sharing this with us !!!!
