How to make it
- In a food process pulse briefly corn bread stuffing mix and parsley
- just until slightly ground.
- Combine the stuffing with seasoning packet if included in a shallow baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Brush both sides of chops with the yogurt.
- Dip both sides of the chops in the stuffing mixture.
- Place on greased baking pan.
- Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes
