How to make it

  • In a food process pulse briefly corn bread stuffing mix and parsley
  • just until slightly ground.
  • Combine the stuffing with seasoning packet if included in a shallow baking dish and spread out evenly.
  • Brush both sides of chops with the yogurt.
  • Dip both sides of the chops in the stuffing mixture.
  • Place on greased baking pan.
  • Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes

    Can you tell me a brand of stuffing mix that you would use for this recipe please. I have not lived in the states for many years and not familiar with many of the brands anymore. BUT I am in the states at the Moment house hunting and visiting friends and family and this sounds like a nice easy yummy dish to prepare. Many Thanks for sharing this with us !!!!
