This recipe is quick and easy and will always be one of my favs when I'm in the mood for something sweet.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1-1/4 Cup Flour

Directions
  1. Cream butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer or whisk.
  2. Add in sugars.
  3. Add egg.
  4. Slowly add flour until throughly combined.
  5. Bake 9 mins at 350 degrees. Cool and eat.
