This is my basic cheesecake recipe I got from my grandmother. I make it every Thanksgiving and it's a classic traditional dessert that everyone enjoys.

Ingredients
  • 1 (6oz) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
  1. Whip the cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer or whisk, until fluffy.
  2. Slowly add milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Chill overnight in fridge.
