Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 5 C cooked chicken (fresh or canned), finely chopped shopping list
- 1 C prepared ranch dressing (I use low-fat) shopping list
- 16oz. cream cheese (I use low-fat) shopping list
- 1 C onion, diced shopping list
- 1.5 C celery, diced shopping list
- 1 C cheese, shredded (monterey jack or cheddar) (I use 2%) shopping list
- 6-12oz red hot sauce (adjust to your liking) shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and celeary in a large frying pan
- Add cream cheese and mix until blended
- Add hot sauce, ranch dressing, and chicken and mix well.
- Pour into a 9x13 pan or dish and sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. or until dip is bubbling.
- Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
