Honey Graham Parfait

- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/3 cup honey shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped shopping list
- 1 cup ground walnuts shopping list
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 6 walnut halves shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yolks in top of double boiler set over hot water on medium heat.
- Slowly beat in honey.
- Continue cooking beating constantly until lemon colored and three times original volume.
- Remove from heat and cool completely in refrigerator.
- Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff.
- Fold egg whites and whipped cream into egg yolk mixture.
- Combine ground walnuts and graham cracker crumbs.
- Alternate layers of honey and crumb mixtures in eight glasses.
- Garnish with walnut halves.
