Lemonade Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In large bowl cream together butter and 1 cup sugar then beat in eggs.
  • Combine flour and baking soda then add to egg mixture alternately with 1/2 cup lemonade.
  • Stir in lemon extract then drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake 8 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and brush lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate.
  • Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
